ABOUT TREAT PR
We Make Endurance Events Impossible to Ignore
We are a team of public relations professionals who happen to genuinely love endurance sports.
We understand the pressure race directors face because we understand the industry, the athletes, the media, and the work that goes into producing an event people want to return to year after year. Our job is to make sure the stories, people, and impact behind your race get the attention they deserve.

Meet the Crew
You shouldn’t have to teach your PR team how endurance sports events work. Our team brings together deep communications expertise, industry knowledge, strong media instincts, and a shared appreciation for the people and communities that make endurance sports special.

Meg Treat, APR
Owner & CEO
Meg leads Treat PR’s strategy and helps endurance events earn the visibility, credibility, and media coverage they need to grow.
With decades of experience in public relations and strategic communications, she has built Treat PR around one core belief: race directors deserve the same level of strategic, professional communications support as major brands without having to explain how their industry works first.
As an endurance athlete herself, Meg also understands the sport from the participant side. She has completed seven marathons and a 31-mile ultramarathon, giving her firsthand perspective on the passion, commitment, and community that make endurance events matter.
Dani Fogg
Director of Operations and Assistant to the CEO
Dani keeps every Treat PR campaign moving. As Director of Operations, she leads client onboarding, project management, and client experience, making sure deadlines stay on track, communication stays clear, and every campaign is executed to the standard our clients expect.
She works closely with Meg and the PR team to balance strategy, bandwidth, and client needs so race directors always know what’s happening and what comes next.
Dani holds a degree in Communications from Marymount Manhattan College and brings a background working alongside senior executives and high-profile talent in the media and marketing industries.

Anna Gimre
Public Relations Manager
Anna turns strategy into coverage. As Treat PR’s Public Relations Manager, Anna leads client accounts, develops story angles, works directly with media, and brings our strategic plans to life through sharp writing and strong news instincts.
Her work has helped secure front-page placements and thousands of media hits across Treat PR’s event portfolio.
Anna first fell in love with the endurance industry while studying public relations and sports business in Eugene, Oregon (TrackTown USA) and continues to bring that passion for sports into every campaign she leads.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a Minor in Sports Business from the University of Oregon and a Certificate in Crisis Communication from PRSA.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Our Mission, Vision & Promise
We believe great PR is about more than getting your race in the news. It’s about building the relationships, reputation, and community trust that help an event thrive year after year.
Elevate endurance sports stories that showcase the fact that anything is possible.
A world where everyone feels excited and welcome to move their bodies, and every race is integral to its community.
The relationships that work, stay. The ones that don't, hit the road. And the ones you want? They come to you.
Want to Work with Someone Who Actually Gets Your Race?
Tell us about your event. We’ll show you how we can take the comms work off your plate.
